These terms govern your purchase and use of The 900+ Business Video Courses Bundle ("the Product") from Social Nest Marketing.
The product
The Product is a digital download: a ZIP archive containing 900+ business and AI course files in video, PDF and PPT formats. It is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.
Payment & merchant of record
Our order processing is conducted by our online reseller Digistore24 GmbH, which is the merchant of record for this offer. The debit will be performed by Digistore24.com. Digistore24 handles the transaction, invoicing and customer payment data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
Your licence
On purchase you receive, for the included content:
- Private Label Rights (PLR) — you may edit, rebrand, split, combine and repackage the content and present it under your own name and branding.
- Master Resell Rights (MRR) — you may sell the content at a price you set and retain 100% of the proceeds, and you may pass resell rights to your buyers.
You may not claim to be the original author of the underlying works where doing so would be unlawful, and you may not use the content for anything illegal, defamatory, or in breach of a third party's rights. Any platform you resell on (for example Etsy, Shopify, or a course host) may have its own rules about resell-rights content; complying with those rules is your responsibility.
Refunds & 60-day guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, email support@lc.socialnestmarketing.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are processed by Digistore24 GmbH as merchant of record and are returned to your original payment method. This guarantee is granted in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Where a refund is issued, your licence to use and resell the content ends and you must stop selling and distributing it.
Delivery & access
Access is delivered immediately after payment via a download link on screen and by email. Access is for continued use of the version delivered. If you lose your files, email us and we will re-issue your link.
No income guarantee
Any prices, values or earnings potential described on our site refer to the product itself and to what is possible — not to what you should expect to earn. We make no representation that you will generate any income from reselling this content. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, marketing and market conditions.
Trademarks & independence
Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Teachable, Kajabi, Gumroad and any other platform or brand names referenced are the trademarks of their respective owners. This product and Social Nest Marketing are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
